Celebrating Cynthia Meade and her Journey from Complex Carer to Registered Nurse at HFH
Since joining HFH Healthcare over ten years ago, Cynthia decided to used the skills she developed with us as a Carer to begin her journey to becoming a Registered Nurse. After successfully earning her nursing qualification, Cynthia returned to us at HFH to start an exciting new role as a Nurse Case Manager.

“Starting as a Carer at HFH Healthcare in 2013, little did I know that this humble beginning would pave the way for an incredible journey in the world of healthcare. The years spent at HFH have promoted a sense of belonging and growth that I cherish today. My initial role as a Carer at HFH was both challenging and rewarding. It provided me with hands-on experience and insights into the compassionate care that the healthcare industry demands. Witnessing the dedication and professionalism of the nursing staff, I found myself inspired to pursue a career as a Registered Nurse.” Says Cynthia.
The transition to a nurse marked a significant milestone in Cynthia’s career and one she is extremely proud of.
“Today, as I serve in my role as a nurse case manager at HFH Healthcare, I am motivated by the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on the lives of those who receive our care. My journey from a Carer to a nurse case manager stands as a testament to the endless possibilities that unfold when dedication meets the right support system such as the one provided to me by HFH Healthcare.” She says.
