    With a strong foundation in clinical governance and operational management, Rebecca collaborates closely with commissioning partners and internal teams to enhance service delivery and shape forward-thinking healthcare solutions. She remains committed to high-quality, patient-centred care that meets the needs of clients, families, and stakeholders alike

    Nicky HarrisOperations Director

    Highly experienced in the provision of personalised healthcare services on a national scale, Nicky brings an additional element of innovation and determination to the operations team.

    With 17 years of experience in the complex care sector, Nicky believes in understanding differing viewpoints to determine the best outcomes for the service provision.

    As Operations Director, she prioritises a focus on stakeholder management and building meaningful relationships. This attitude applies to our carers and clients alike.

    Operating strategically and overseeing the running of the business, Nicky is driven by operating at the highest of standards. Her ethos runs through everything that we do, making sure that everyone in the team is not only highly skilled but also extremely well suited to their roles. This in turn helps our clients live fulfilling lives.

    Karina BylicaFinance Director

    Karina has 20 years finance experience across multiple sectors and knows HFH Healthcare inside out having been with the business for seven years
    With a Master Diploma in Economics and CIMA qualified, Karina manages a team of finance professionals within the business and deals with all aspects of finance, partnering with other departments, including operations, to ensure all reasonable steps to meet the financial demands of providing safe and appropriate services

    Highly analytical, Karina also has excellent interpersonal skills and, in such a high pressure setting, knows the performance of her team has a large impact on how easy it is for the business, including those on the front line, to deliver outstanding care

    An experienced Director of Nursing, Wendy is a strong, nurturing leader who empowers her team to understand not only their role but the wider elements of the business, ensuring excellence at all times
    Wendy’s role centres around ensuring each and every client, and their families, is supported with excellent care that enables quality of life, no matter the limitation

    Wendy has worked for 11 years in the healthcare provision industry and before that has over 25 years frontline nursing experience, both in clinical settings and in the community. Personal experiences of caring for family members gives Wendy even more insight into the difference that the best care can make at challenging times

    Wendy works with her immediate team and the wider business to ensure a deep understanding of the importance of not only compliance, safe guarding and excellence but also the difference that care can have on the lives of the client and the choices available to them, no matter the injury or diagnosis

    Sally YandleCEO

    A highly skilled CEO with a proven track record of working with both the private and public sectors, Sally has a deep passion for the healthcare industry and experience of developing clear strategies that deliver qualitative performances
    Sally leads the business to deliver on the collective goal of providing excellent, professional, complex care to clients whilst driving business growth and ensuring all members of the team feel safe, supported and truly part of an inspirational place to work
