Wendy Hope
Director of Nursing
An experienced Director of Nursing, Wendy is a strong, nurturing leader who empowers her team to understand not only their role but the wider elements of the business, ensuring excellence at all times
Wendy’s role centres around ensuring each and every client, and their families, is supported with excellent care that enables quality of life, no matter the limitation

Wendy has worked for 11 years in the healthcare provision industry and before that has over 25 years frontline nursing experience, both in clinical settings and in the community. Personal experiences of caring for family members gives Wendy even more insight into the difference that the best care can make at challenging times
Wendy works with her immediate team and the wider business to ensure a deep understanding of the importance of not only compliance, safe guarding and excellence but also the difference that care can have on the lives of the client and the choices available to them, no matter the injury or diagnosis

Alison Foster
Operations Director
With a 30-year career in the health and social care world, there is little that Alison doesn’t know about the industry.
Alison has experience working with clients of all age groups; older people, children and adults in a variety of settings such as Hospitals, Residential and Nursing homes, Independent Living, Domiciliary Care and Live-in services in both hands-on positions and as a strategic leader
Professional, motivated and caring, Alison’s role as Operations Director sees her responsible for directing managers and teams to run a safe and compliant service which in turn ensures client satisfaction and business growth
Alison is a natural motivator and leader, working in collaboration with the team to help them to develop whilst ensuring the organisational culture is in line with business objectives
Challenges and unforeseen circumstances are common in health care and one of Alison’s key skills is the ability to deal with obstacles in a positive, creative and inspiring way - using challenges as an opportunity to learn and to teach those around her

Matt Knight
Commercial Director
Matt has 15 years’ experience within operations and business development in the healthcare industry. He has “hands on” managed the commercial collaboration, service delivery and the associated compliance which underpins exceptional individualised care within the public and private sector
Matt thrives in understanding and removing the barriers that may prevent individuals from receiving quality care at home and brings focus, energy, and drive to the role of Commercial Director
Building trust, generating new relationships, and supporting existing ones is key to Matt’s role, all with the express aim of delivering ‘outstanding’ care; supporting clients to be independent and live their life as wholly as possible
Matt builds strong working partnerships with service commissioners and the multi-disciplinary teams around a client to deliver of safe, compassionate, and dignified care
Focussing on person-centred attention to detail, continuity and continuous learning, Matt leads with the ethos that “a person’s life is more than their care needs”

Karina Bylica
Head of Finance
Karina has 20 years finance experience across multiple sectors and knows HFH Healthcare inside out having been with the business for seven years
With a Master Diploma in Economics and CIMA qualified, Karina manages a team of finance professionals within the business and deals with all aspects of finance, partnering with other departments, including operations, to ensure all reasonable steps to meet the financial demands of providing safe and appropriate services
Highly analytical, Karina also has excellent interpersonal skills and, in such a high pressure setting, knows the performance of her team has a large impact on how easy it is for the business, including those on the front line, to deliver outstanding care
