The Lead Nurses from our Clinical Team are offering a “Considerations for discharging complex care clients to the community” workshop for CHC professionals.

This free session is open to all London and home counties CHC Teams and discharge coordinators and will be delivered at our Wimbledon office, SW19 4EU.

Date: Tuesday 31^st October 2023, 10am to 4pm.

Our workshops are nurse delivered, shared learning experiences for CHC nurses, commissioners, and professionals from the wider MDT. We aim to further partnership working by communicating insights and considerations for home-based care including current best practice and exposure to practical skills for care givers.

Nurses who attend the workshop can also use the event as part of your participatory learning for their NMC revalidation.
